Pfizer admits it never tested if their vaccine would stop transmission....

This is stunning. So our leaders here in the US and around the world shamed people for doubting the vaccine. They mass forced millions to take it. People lost their jobs and access to places in society. They were telling us we had a pandemic of the unvaccinated. They knew all along this was BULLSHIT. It was never even tested for efficacy against the spread. Dear god and baby Jesus the scale of lying is incomprehensible. All those people forced out of jobs, cancelled, shamed and abused for A MASSIVE LIE.

Breaking News 2025 offensive tackle Carter Lowe commits to Ohio State

For my money this is the single-most important player in the 2025 class. Ohio State beats out Michigan, Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee. Always felt like it was gonna be a Big Ten battle. Major win for Justin Frye.

Cutting Sports and NIL

NIL is not why Loyola is cutting sports. Not surprising the LA Times prints the PR verbatim without questioning the credibility of the claim.

What is the argument that Loyola is under immense pressure to pay student athletes?

The reality is this is an excuse for universities to cut administrative positions, student services and the associated jobs needed to have a larger athletics program.

The death of Olympic sports and the reduction in arts, music and other specialty majors are related.

For profit universities with non-profit status.

Players taking the next step

Obviously CJ Hicks has been discussed a lot.

I’m really interested to see what Caden Curry can do. To me his sophomore year didn’t live up to the expectations after the flashes we saw from him as a freshman. 11 solo tackles in ‘22 and 5 in ‘23. Hopefully the reality of the potentially longer season and a fairly weak schedule allows him more playing time.

Josh Proctor (NFL Prospect)

While Josh has disappointed a few times along the way in his Ohio State career it appears to me he has played well (I want to say outstanding) this season. While a huge Oh St fan, I’m not knowledgeable into the mechanics and am wondering what you coach types think of his draft potential and if so, a likely area where he might be drafted.

Thank you for your comments.

BoB video - Good protection context

I've been watching videos of BoB so when I get into my call with Ryan Day I can give him my educated opinion. This entire video is good, but I thought this clip here was good stuff:

I think when we are bashing Frye / the O line it's important to remember that maybe McCord just wasn't great at identifying these types of situations at times. Maybe our backup QB's just REALLY weren't ready for this in the bowl game. This is an important skill that I hope Will Howard brings to our protections as well as his mobility.

Probably will also be nice to have a grown up coaching our QB's full time now. If you're worried about the BoB hire just think of the improvements we should see in stuff like this... immediately with our QBs

Private Equity

"What are you looking for if you are private equity?" asked an industry source. "You are looking for a poorly managed business that nevertheless has a strong market. That's the definition of college athletics."

Having only the smallest understanding of Private Equity I feel like this would be no bueno but if someone more knowledgeable wants to tell me how to feel I'd appreciate it.
