Expect Michigan players to target Buckeye ankles

I don't know what to expect from Minnesota players this Saturday but I do expect Michigan players to swipe at, kick at and fall on the lower legs, knees and ankles of Ohio State players early and often.
Day needs to continually warn his players to be aware of this. Especially Cade Stover, Kyle McCord, Emeka Egbuka, Cam Martinez, Devin Brown, etc. I know very few expect Lathan Ransom to be available, but they will go after him if he does play.
Expect dirty activity.

Be a friend, help a friend?

Anyways, this isn’t something I would usually do but things have become pretty desperate. Anything helps and is appreciated.

This is my son’s Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai coach, about 6 months ago he got the call from the UFC but during testing they found out he has a rare brain disease called Moyamoya.

Long story short, the UFCs insurance said they were going to cover it, until today. He was told that they can’t/wont cover it and he needs 80,000. Obviously that’s not something a young person, let alone a young person who is attempting to become one of the best professional fighters in the world has just laying around.

If this isn’t allowed, I get it but it was worth a shot.

Austin questions from Morning Juice

@AustinWard I am sure there are parts of this convo you won’t dive into and other parts you don’t want to touch right now at current. But I listened to you on the Morning Juice with Bobby Carpenter this morning and he asked about practice film and I had some questions:

1) You mentioned that the B1G is aware of the allegations of practice film being on UM computers of other teams, Ohio State included. You also mentioned that the B1G only came upon that info due to NCAA and that this subject was discussed on the phone calls between AD/coaches last week with B1G commish. —- so is there serious validity to UM stealing practice film and is this part of the B1G currently punishment process? Or is that later with NCAA? Or is it more likely nothing comes of that?

2) you mentioned that due to UM smoke screening this process that it has caused Ohio State and B1G to have more conversations that UM will regret. Can you elaborate even a little about what that might be?

Football GAME THOUGHTS: #1 Ohio State 38, Michigan State 3 (POSTGAME SHOW IS LIVE)

I realize Michigan State isn't good, but that was a fun one to watch and by far the best performance of the season.

  • Kyle McCord was nearly flawless. 24/31 for 335 and three scores is a heck of a day.
  • There was a play early on where he was under pressure and flicked it to Cade rather than taking a sack or throwing it away. That's not a play he would've made earlier in the season. Pocket presence has greatly improved.
  • If you want to nitpick at all, he did underthrow Harrison on what should've been TD #4. No one's perfect.
  • Hot start = great to see
  • Trey is healthy and it needs to stay that way. He averaged under 5 per carry but I thought he looked good.
  • Marvin is a cheat code. I hope he gets 15+ targets against Michigan.
  • Good to have Cade back. He too needs to stay healthy. He's clearly an important piece.
  • Loved seeing Xavier Johnson get more involved. Also love a good wheel route.
  • I thought the offensive line was really good. One or two times there seemed to be some miscommunication on the interior (which led to Trey getting stuffed), but overall they were good today IMO.
  • Glad to see Kienholz and Thurman get some snaps. I especially enjoyed Jelani motioning for a first down after his second catch even though he was a solid yard short. He is a large human.

  • Overall I thought the defense was solid. I'd give the pass defense an A and the run defense like a B- or so.
  • They did give up some chunk plays on the ground, so that's two weeks in a row. I don't think we're on red alert or anything, but I'd rather not see that with Corum and Edwards coming up soon..
  • It seemed like Cody Simon was fine, but I wasn't spending a ton of time watching him really.
  • Pass defense was outstanding. Michigan State threw for 88 yards while playing from behind for four quarters.
  • Sonny Styles was all over the place. Love to see it.
  • Jordan Hancock is awesome.
  • I hope Mike Hall is okay. I know he went out for a while and didn't see if he ever returned.
  • The fake punt was painfully obvious.
  • I think they only had one penalty on the night, and I'm not even sure if that was the right call on Hartford.
