Cancun/Playa Del Carmen

I have a trip planned to Cancun and Playa Del Carmen in mid November and was wondering if anyone has been to either recently. I DO NOT want to have to wear a mask outside on the beach or walking the streets and have not been able to find much info about Covid restrictions in that area. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
