I think it’s a pretty easy choice, but a fun question regardless. The way things are panning out there’s a decent chance both teams could make the playoffs.

And no we would not have a rematch with Michigan in the playoffs in this scenario.

Outsider for Ohio State vs. Michigan

My dad was raised in Grove City, OH until his parents moved him to South Mississippi in the 60s. He's been down here ever since. He's been a die hard OSU fan his whole life with two of his older brothers going to OSU. Much to his dismay, I went to and graduated from Ole Miss. I know, the hell with the SEC. I've been lucky enough to take him to the 98, 99, 2011, and 2015 Sugar Bowls since it's so close, but this year for his birthday my wife and I decided to take him to the OSU/UM game. He's in his 70s so I'm assuming this will be the only time we will be able to do this with him. As someone who is not familiar at all with we are getting into, can anyone give me some recommendations so it will be a memorable experience for him? Thanks in advance! O-H!

Worthwhile read from Texas insider Nick Harris ...

About Ohio State and Rueben Owens.

This actually be worth following a bit more than I originally thought.

Football On Dallan Hayden

Give TreVeyon Henderson and Miyan Williams, assuming he tries to give it a go next week, credit for continuously playing through injury. But a healthy Hayden gives Ohio State’s offense the best chance of maxing out vs. Michigan. The coaches should trust the freshman to handle the load.

OT: Justin Fields good guy

Here at a Broncos game sitting behind Brent Salazar’s parents (Brett is the head of the Bears Strength and Conditioning program) and they told me that Justin is such a nice and good guy. Really goes the extra mile around the facility with folks. Wanted to share because it warmed my heart. Came up bc I love Fields obvi but was nice to hear!

Trey and his mouthpiece

Noticed this a few times last night, but now seeing others talk about it on twitter. Is Trey not knowingly tipping plays? When he has his mouthpiece in its a run and when it's not in its a pass. Was going to rewatch the game and see if it was a consistent thing yesterday. I do remember twice were I saw he didn't have his mouth piece in before the snap and said must be a pass and it was. I can't recall if this was a thing earlier in the year. Did anyone else notice this?

D Hayden

If Henderson isn’t 100% healthy and Miyan isn’t available Hayden is our best option. I’m not sure what’s going on with Henderson whether it’s his foot, his vision or just off his game but it was clear that the offense was moving better when Hayden was in the backfield. That kid grew up last night and it was much needed. I actually feel a ton better going into this week knowing what he is capable of!!!
